We are looking for a skilled Control Room Operator (CRO) to manage and monitor our facility's processes from the control room. The CRO will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant, responding to alarms, and maintaining optimal process conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control plant processes using DCS/SCADA systems.
* Respond to alarms and take corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of process parameters.
* Collaborate with field operators to optimize plant performance.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in DCS/SCADA operations.
* Knowledge of process control logic.
* Experience with Yokogawa, Emerson, or ABB systems.
