We are looking for a skilled Control Room Operator (CRO) to join our team for an Early Production Facility (EPF) project in Libya. The CRO will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the facility's processes from the control room, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor DCS/SCADA systems to control process parameters.
* Respond to alarms and take corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
* Communicate effectively with field operators to coordinate activities.
* Maintain accurate records of process conditions and events.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in DCS/SCADA operations.
* Knowledge of process control logic and alarm management.
* Familiarity with Yokogawa, Emerson, or ABB systems.
