We are looking for a skilled Control Room Operator (CRO) to manage and monitor our DCS/SCADA systems in the Early Production Facility (EPF). The CRO will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant through real-time monitoring and control.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control process parameters using DCS/SCADA systems.
* Respond to alarms and take corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate logs of process conditions and events.
* Collaborate with field operators to optimize plant performance.
* Troubleshoot control system issues.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in DCS/SCADA operations.
* Knowledge of process control logic.
* Familiarity with Yokogawa, Emerson, or ABB systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
