We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee all accounting operations. The Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
