The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounting process, driving budgeting and forecasting, and leading a team of accounting professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA-designated individual with a strong background in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.

Required Skills

• CPA Designation.
• Experience in the construction industry (ICI or Civil sectors preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
