We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate / Capital Markets Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate and capital markets transactions, providing legal advice and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and capital markets regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and capital markets issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and underwriting agreements.
• Advise clients on compliance with securities laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence investigations and closing of transactions.
