Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Recruiter with a strong background in real estate talent acquisition to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions within our real estate operationsranging from property management and development to acquisitions and corporate roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for corporate and real estate-specific positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for roles in property management, real estate development, leasing, asset management, etc. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and manage candidate experience through to offer acceptance. Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track, report, and analyze hiring metrics. Qualifications 25+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on the real estate industry. Proven success hiring for roles such as property managers, leasing agents, real estate analysts, development associates, and corporate staff. Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and talent landscape. Experience working with ATS systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills Prior experience recruiting in both agency and in-house settings is a plus. Knowledge of local and national real estate talent markets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
