The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law and a proven track record of success in litigation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing a caseload of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.</li><li>Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.</li><li>Conducting discovery, including depositions and document review.</li><li>Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and arbitration.</li><li>Providing guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of employment law and litigation procedures.</li><li>Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills.</li></ul>
