Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Counsel to lead our Employment Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of employment-related disputes, providing strategic legal advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law and a proven track record of success in litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
- Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conducting discovery, including depositions and document review.
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and arbitration.
- Providing guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
