• Develop innovative towel designs aligned with global fashion & home textile trends.
• Work on jacquard, dobby, yarn-dyed, and embroidered towel collections.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to prepare design presentations for international clients.
• Manage product development from concept to sample stage.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications (weight, GSM, finish).
• Maintain a design library and conduct trend research.
