We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Manager to oversee our credit operations and ensure the company's credit risk is effectively managed. The ideal candidate will lead a team, implement credit policies, and improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the credit control team.
• Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and improving cash flow, aged debt, and DSO.
• Managing ledgers over £100 million.
• Assessing and mitigating credit risk.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in credit management.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero, Dynamics & bespoke systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
