Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and CRM requirements.
• Design and implement CRM solutions using platforms such as SLATE, Salesforce, Dynamics, Element 451, HubSpot, and Elluc.
• Provide technical and functional support for CRM implementations.
• Develop and maintain CRM documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful CRM deployments.
