Job Description

<p>Marhaba Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Marketing Manager to lead our customer lifecycle communications across multiple channels, including Web Push, App Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Marketing.</p><p>This role will focus on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty growth through both automated journeys and promotional campaigns.</p><h3>Key Highlights of the Role:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel CRM strategies</li><li>Manage automated journeys for onboarding, engagement, churn prevention & win-back</li><li>Lead retention and loyalty initiatives to improve repeat purchase rates</li><li>Track performance, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (e-commerce/digital-first preferred)</li><li>Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar)</li><li>Strong analytical and copywriting skills</li><li>Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and multiple projects independently</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field</li></ul>
