<p>Macmillan Education India is seeking an experienced Curriculum Consultant - Foundational to support the design, development, and review of international curriculum frameworks. The consultant will play a key role in creating high-quality, age-appropriate, and globally benchmarked content for foundational-level learners.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop, review, and align foundational-level curriculum with international standards.</li><li>Design structured learning outcomes, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.</li><li>Ensure content reflects global best practices while being adaptable to local contexts.</li><li>Collaborate with subject experts, instructional designers, and educators.</li><li>Provide guidance on innovative pedagogy, child-centered learning, and competency-based approaches.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in curriculum development, academic research, or educational consultancy.</li><li>Strong background in early years/foundational education.</li><li>Experience in international curriculum development (IB, Cambridge, or similar) preferred.</li><li>Excellent skills in content structuring, academic writing, and assessment design.</li><li>Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple deliverables.</li></ul>
