The ideal candidate will craft personalized email campaigns, optimize digital outreach strategies, and analyze performance metrics to boost engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Execute targeted email outreach to nurture leads & support sales. Manage and optimize social media campaigns & content calendars. Implement SEO strategies to enhance digital visibility. Track & report key performance metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales & creative teams to ensure brand consistency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years experience in B2B digital marketing & lead generation. Expertise in email marketing, CRM tools, and conversion copywriting. Proficiency in social media management & SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Moz, etc.). Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
