Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the frontline support for our customers. You will provide world-class support and help them get the most out of our product. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and other support resources.
