1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
2. Direct customers to online resources
3. Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
4. Pitch ideas for improving customer care
5. Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
6. Attend weekly staff meetings
7. Attend brand training
8. Participate in team-building activities
9. Develop a rapport with customers
10. Encourage customers to complete surveys
11. Previous experience with handling with customer care
12. Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
13. Any previous work experience with Customer Relations Management software
