You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.<br/>• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.<br/>• Provide accurate information about products and services.<br/>• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.<br/>• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>• Strong problem-solving abilities.<br/>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br/>• Customer-focused attitude.</p>
