<p>800 Flower LLC is a leading online flower shop offering a wide variety of fresh and beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and timely deliveries while creating memorable experiences for our customers. We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Experience to join our team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and gifts based on their preferences and needs.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or issues with care, ensuring a positive resolution.</li><li>Process orders, track deliveries, and provide customers with timely updates.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.</li><li>Manage returns, exchanges, and post-purchase inquiries in line with company policies.</li><li>Monitor customer feedback and share suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in our system.</li><li>Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, potential delays, or any issues.</li><li>Contribute ideas for improving service processes and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in the flower industry or knowledge of floral products and arrangements.</li><li>Experience in an e-commerce environment or with online customer service platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo etc).</li><li>Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset when addressing customer concerns.</li></ul>
