Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and gifts based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with care, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and provide customers with timely updates.
- Collaborate with the sales, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and post-purchase inquiries in line with company policies.
- Monitor customer feedback and share suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in our system.
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, potential delays, or any issues.
- Contribute ideas for improving service processes and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the flower industry or knowledge of floral products and arrangements.
- Experience in an e-commerce environment or with online customer service platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo etc).
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset when addressing customer concerns.
