We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Chinese to join our remote team. This position requires candidates to be currently based in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in Malaysia.
Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
Good command of English is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work an 8-hour rotational shift schedule.
