We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle non-voice support and lead generation tasks. This role requires excellent written English communication skills, as most of our customers are from the US and Canada. You will primarily work through email and chat support, with minimal calls (only for internal discussions with our boss and a weekly Friday meeting).
