We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong US accent to join our team in Lahore (DHA Phase 5). The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry and a proven track record of handling international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to US-based clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests efficiently.
