Job Description

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in locating products. - Understand customer needs and provide recommendations or solutions. - Answer questions about products, promotions, pricing, and store policies. - Promote and explain features and benefits of products to encourage purchases. - Suggest complementary products or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets set by management. - Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining organized displays. - Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low-stock items. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, counters, and checkout areas. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient solutions. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
