Job Description

Our client, a dynamic tech scale-up, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in the UK. The role is focused on ensuring customer success by overseeing the onboarding process, driving product usage, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Youll work closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth rollouts and implementation. - Drive customer engagement through training sessions and workshops. - Collaborate with Sales and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. - Work on customer transformation and change management initiatives. - Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Key Experience/Skills Required: - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. - Technical integration knowledge (CRM, ATS, and HR systems). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Results-driven with a commercial mindset. - Adaptable and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving ability.
