This role will focus on client retention, onboarding, and helping customers achieve their goals through personalized guidance and support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and issues - Lead upselling efforts and manage renewal processes - Provide regular strategy sessions to review client goals and demonstrate ROI - Collaborate with teams to create resources that drive product adoption - Engage clients through social media and other channels to build strong relationships - Liaise between clients and internal teams to resolve technical challenges - Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor solutions and maximize success - Uphold the companys brand values and represent the company in a positive light Key Experience/Skills Required: - Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Success - Strong knowledge of digital marketing and its value to businesses - Excellent communication skills, including presentation and writing - Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively - Creative problem solver with a proactive, customer-first approach - Experience working with SaaS platforms is preferred - Great organizational skills and a knack for following up on tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
