We’re looking for experienced Cybersecurity Analysts (2-4 years) to join our L2 Helpdesk team at Airtel. You’ll analyse suspicious URLs, domains, and chats to protect millions of users from phishing, malware, and fraud.

Key Highlights:

• Use top tools like VirusTotal, Maltego, Shodan, SpiderFoot
• Deliver fast, accurate verdict reports (6-12-hour SLA)
• Document severity, risk, and remediation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• CEH / Security+ certifications an advantage
