Flora Food Group is looking for a dynamic and analytical Milk Buyer to lead our milk procurement operations. This is a unique opportunity to be the bridge between our factory and the farms that fuel it — building trust with farmers, ensuring quality, and keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

• Farmer Relations: Build strong partnerships with local dairy farmers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and sustainability compliance
• Procurement Strategy: Forecast milk demand, optimize sourcing, and manage supply planning to balance cost, quality, and logistics
• Data & Analysis: Turn data into actionable insights — track market trends, monitor KPIs, and improve planning accuracy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, logistics, finance, and R&D to strengthen our end-to-end supply chain
