We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to support healthcare data integrity for the State of Georgia. This role requires onsite work and an in-person interview. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable, and compliant data within the MyInsight Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and correct front desk data using SQL & MyInsight reporting tools
• Perform audits on benefit assignments, insurance relationships, and checkout statuses
• Ensure clinical data integrity, completeness, and billing compliance
• Identify and correct missing visits, E/M codes, vaccination admin fees, and service entry errors
• Develop SOPs for consistent data entry workflows across programs
• Manage duplicate patient records to ensure accurate reporting & billing

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Health IT, CS, or Healthcare Administration
• 2+ years of EHR experience (preferably MyInsight by Netsmart)
• Strong SQL skills (queries, reporting, data analysis)
• Experience with data cleanup & auditing in healthcare workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public health or clinical environments
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance billing requirements
• Knowledge of ICD/CPT coding & E/M documentation
