<p>Role Overview</p><p>We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Prompt Engineering to design and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions. This role requires strong client-facing skills, hands-on experience in RAG applications, and a deep understanding of modern LLM frameworks.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Partner with clients to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.</li><li>Design & deploy RAG applications for knowledge retrieval and enhanced response generation.</li><li>Build scalable GenAI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.</li><li>Apply prompt engineering to optimize LLM performance.</li><li>Leverage agentic AI for multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows.</li><li>Develop & fine-tune NLP/GenAI models (summarization, Q&A, entity extraction, conversational AI).</li><li>Work with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) and integrate solutions into production.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging LLM/GenAI advancements.</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>✅ 4-7 years in Data Science/AI/ML/NLP projects</li><li>✅ Expertise in RAG architectures, LLM app dev, and prompt engineering</li><li>✅ Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face</li><li>✅ Experience with vector databases & cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>✅ Strong communication & client-facing experience</li></ul><p>Good to Have</p><ul><li>✨ End-to-end GenAI product development (POC to production)</li><li>✨ Fine-tuning LLMs & model optimization</li><li>✨ Understanding of responsible AI & governance</li></ul>
