<p>TQuanta is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist with a strong foundation in Computer Vision, NLP, and Deep Learning to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in developing and deploying Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and contribute to the architecture of multi-agent LLM systems.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and fine-tune advanced Computer Vision and Vision-Language Models (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA).</li><li>Design scalable frameworks for multi-agent LLM collaboration.</li><li>Collaborate across teams to deploy robust AI-powered solutions.</li><li>Lead experimentation, analyze results, and optimize models for performance.</li><li>Stay current on advancements in AI, NLP, and multi-agent systems.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Master’s/Ph.D. /Btech in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).</li><li>Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Vision Transformers, CNNs, and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, DeepSeek, etc.).</li><li>Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with multi-agent systems, AI planning, and DevOps tools like Docker & AWS CDK.</li></ul>
