Key Requirements: 4+ years of SQL Server DBA experience (SQL Server 2016 and above) Strong expertise in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions Hands-on experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) 2+ years of experience in documenting systems, configurations, and procedures Skilled in installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security management Responsibilities Include: Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor SQL Server databases Optimize performance: query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning Implement HA/DR solutions (e.g., Always On, clustering) Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans Handle patching, automation, and compliance requirements Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams Maintain and update documentation regularly This role is onsite in Lansing, MI.
