We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks Platform Administrator / Engineer to join our team and support a leading Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance client. This role is perfect for someone with deep expertise in Databricks administration on Azure, data security, and modern data platforms, who thrives in a regulated enterprise environment.

• Manage and optimize Databricks workspaces, clusters, and compute resources
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance in line with P&C standards
• Automate deployments with IaC (Terraform, ARM, etc.)
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Scientists & Business Analysts to maximize platform value
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
