Assist with system configuration, deployment, and vendor wrangling - aka systems whisperer. Offer savvy feedback to make the system slicker and more efficient. Provide light-touch desktop and network troubleshooting when IT is that guy on-site. Help steer backlog, approve UAT, and rock agile initiatives like a pro.
