Job Description

<p>Position Title: Deputy Manager - Industrialisation</p><p>Purpose of the Position: Responsible for audits, assessments, and customer interactions related to programs.</p><p>Function: Assembly</p><p>Department: Industrialisation</p><p>Location: Narsapura Industrial Area, Karnataka</p><p>Reporting To: Head of Engineering</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage engineering team efforts for Aero Structure Assemblies (Sheet Metal, Machining, Assemblies, and Tooling).</li><li>Ensure process stability, standardization, and accuracy of documentation.</li><li>Proficient in SAP S4HANA PP & MM modules.</li><li>Drive daily/weekly/monthly reviews of processes, production, and plans.</li><li>Align engineering efforts with program and production priorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AIRBUS, BOEING, AS9100D, APQP, etc.).</li><li>Manage configuration control and engineering change processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programs, PPC, Production, SCM, IT).</li></ul><p>Desired Qualifications & Requirements:</p><p>Education: BE/B.Tech</p><p>Experience: 12-14+ years in Aerospace (preferred)</p><p>Functional Competencies:</p><ul><li>Leadership & coordination skills</li><li>Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management tools</li><li>Understanding of aerospace specifications & processes</li><li>SAP S4HANA (PP & MM) expertise</li></ul><p>Work Highlights:</p><p>Working Days: Monday - Saturday (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays off)</p><p>Shift Timing: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM (General Shift)</p><p>Mode: Face-to-Face Interview</p><p>Transport Facility Available From: Hebbal, Kolar, Byappanahalli, Whitefield, Hoskote</p>
