Job Description

<p>We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused Dermatology Specialty Doctor to join our team.</p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of a wide range of dermatological conditions affecting the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes.</li><li>Provide expert clinical care for both acute and chronic dermatological diseases, including inflammatory skin disorders, infections, skin cancers, and autoimmune conditions.</li><li>Perform dermatological procedures such as cryotherapy, skin biopsies, excisions, curettage, and intralesional therapies.</li><li>Support the delivery of minor dermatological surgeries and contribute to skin cancer management, including surveillance and treatment planning.</li><li>Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.</li><li>Supervise and support junior medical staff, nurses, and trainees, contributing to a culture of learning and development.</li><li>Participate in clinical governance activities, including audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development (CPD).</li><li>Provide outpatient and, where applicable, inpatient dermatology services, and contribute to on-call or emergency dermatology care if required.</li></ul>
