Value technology looking for DevOps Engineer (Full Stack Production Engineer) with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS cloud-native application development, production support, and DevOps automation, combined with strong programming skills in Java and Python. This is a fully onsite role, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on AWS cloud using native services.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Manage and provision AWS infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance application reliability and performance.
• Work with cloud databases, perform troubleshooting, and optimize performance.
• Implement and support authentication protocols such as SAML and JWT.
• Ensure unit testing, version control (Git), and continuous integration standards are followed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Production Support experience in a live environment.
• Strong experience in AWS cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on with AWS infrastructure provisioning technologies.
• Programming skills in Java and Python.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience with SAML and JWT authentication protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) on AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
• Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
