<p>Value technology looking for DevOps Engineer (Full Stack Production Engineer) with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS cloud-native application development, production support, and DevOps automation, combined with strong programming skills in Java and Python. This is a fully onsite role, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.</p><h3>Primary Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide production support for full-stack cloud-native applications.</li><li>Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on AWS cloud using native services.</li><li>Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.</li><li>Manage and provision AWS infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance application reliability and performance.</li><li>Work with cloud databases, perform troubleshooting, and optimize performance.</li><li>Implement and support authentication protocols such as SAML and JWT.</li><li>Ensure unit testing, version control (Git), and continuous integration standards are followed.</li></ul><h3>Mandatory Skills:</h3><ul><li>Production Support experience in a live environment.</li><li>Strong experience in AWS cloud-native application development.</li><li>Hands-on with AWS infrastructure provisioning technologies.</li><li>Programming skills in Java and Python.</li><li>Experience with Git, unit testing, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).</li><li>Experience with SAML and JWT authentication protocols.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and self-driven.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have:</h3><ul><li>Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) on AWS.</li><li>Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.</li><li>Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).</li></ul><h3>Special Expectations:</h3><ul><li>Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrates ownership and accountability in managing products.</li></ul>
