As a DevOps Engineer, you'll support the SIP Retention and M365 Copilot platforms. Your contributions will directly impact service reliability and developer engagement across Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include: - Participating in Tier 2 live site support for SIP Retention, GC, and ESS. - Driving deployments, dataset onboarding, and regional rollouts. - Triaging Sev 3 incidents and maintaining troubleshooting guides. - Enhancing automation and deployment/monitoring workflows. - Managing bugs and contributing to lifecycle documentation. - Supporting developer communities (e.g., Stack Overflow, internal forums). - Collaborating on onboarding new datasets and services.
