Job Title: Devops Engineer (Senior Application Support Engineer (Billing Applications))

• Develop, maintain, and support IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS billing applications.
• Work on ServiceNow tickets - incident, request, and change management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Write and optimize code in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
• Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.
• Provide support for billing-related processes and systems.
• Participate in on-call standby support on weekends or EU business hours as required.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong coding ability in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, Shell scripting.
• Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors.
• Prior experience in billing applications and strong understanding of billing workflows.
• Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including EU time zone coverage).

Qualification & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be a plus.
