Job Description

<h3>Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Content Creation &amp; Management:</strong><ul><li>Develop creative and engaging content for our social media channels, blog posts, email newsletters, and website.</li><li>Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of posts.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team for visual content.</li></ul></li><li><strong>SEO &amp; SEM:</strong><ul><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize the website for search engines.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and optimize them for maximum ROI.</li><li>Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Social Media Marketing:</strong><ul><li>Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.</li><li>Analyse performance metrics and optimize social media strategies.</li><li>Engage with our community through comments, direct messages, and posts.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Email Marketing:</strong><ul><li>Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer retention programs.</li><li>Analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for the marketing team and management.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Brand Awareness &amp; Strategy:</strong><ul><li>Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to align marketing efforts with company goals.</li><li>Suggest new strategies to increase brand visibility and improve user engagement.</li></ul></li></ul>
