Ayen is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead and drive innovation across our business applications and processes. This role focuses on strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions, ensuring efficiency, automation, and smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and management of core business applications (CRM, ERP, BI, Finance, Support, Project Management, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital process improvements
- Oversee system integrations, automation, and reporting to support business growth
- Act as the main point of contact for digital transformation initiatives
