We are looking for a Director of Finance to partner with the Owner & Executive Team in shaping the financial future of our 5-star hotel & resort portfolio. The right leader will combine strong financial expertise with a dynamic, business-oriented mindset.

What you will do:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting & forecasting.
• Drive cash flow excellence, compliance & internal controls.
• Provide insights that maximize revenue, profitability & ROI.
• Partner with operations to turn financial data into business success.
• Build and inspire a high-performing finance team.

What we expect:

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business (CPA, ACCA, CFA a plus).
• 10+ years in finance leadership, including 5+ years at Director level in hospitality/luxury.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SunSystems, Opera Cloud).
