Job Description

<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage the company’s document control system, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval.</li><li>Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and backed up.</li><li>Maintain version control and ensure only the latest documents are accessible.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards related to document management.</li><li>Control access to confidential and sensitive documents.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams & function leaders to support document control needs.</li><li>Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of electronic document management systems.</li><li>Well aware of document control policies and best practices.</li><li>Prepare Monthly Reports and other reports on document control activities that are requested by Project & Site Management Team and present findings to management.</li></ul><p>Requirements & Skills</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.</li><li>Familiarity with document control software and databases.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document management.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and document management systems.</li><li>Effective communication and team collaboration skills.</li></ul>
