In this role, you’ll be the bridge between customers, couriers, and chaos — making sure every order flows smoothly from our warehouse to the customer’s doorstep.

What you’ll do

• Manage local & international orders, shipments, and returns
• Coordinate with courier partners: DHL, FedEx, Skynet, TCS, Trax, LCS, BlueEx, and more
• Ensure customers enjoy a 5-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Keep SOPs, dashboards, and processes running like clockwork
• Be the “problem solver” everyone can count on (basically jo bhi kaam do, ho jana chahiye 😅)
