Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated EAP Counselor to provide mental health support to employees. As an EAP Counselor, you will offer counseling services, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans to promote employee well-being and productivity. This is a remote, part-time position based in Thailand, requiring fluency in Burmese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confidential counseling services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to employees in distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote a healthy work environment.
