Build.Club is seeking a dynamic and talented Editor & Creative Designer to join our vibrant team! If you have a keen eye for compelling content and captivating design, coupled with deep insights into the evolving Indian consumer mindset, this dual role is tailor-made for you. We focus on innovating D2C consumer brands across the Fashion, Lifestyle, Wellness, Beauty & Personal Care, and Food & Beverages sectors. . Key Responsibilities: As Editor: Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience insights. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, product descriptions, ad campaigns). Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all communications. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling stories that drive engagement and conversions. As Creative Designer: Conceptualize and design visually stunning assets for digital and print (social media graphics, website banners, email templates, packaging elements, marketing collateral). Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and excellence. Work with photographers and videographers to direct and select imagery aligning with brand aesthetics. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas. Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output. Qualifications: Proven experience in a combined editorial and creative design role, specifically within consumer brands (D2C experience preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing both exceptional writing/editing skills and a diverse range of design work. Demonstrable understanding of the Indian consumer mindset, cultural nuances, and market trends across fashion, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, and F&B. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
