Key Responsibilities:

• HSE Leadership & Compliance - Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO, and local regulatory standards across industrial operations & maintenance.
• Policy & System Development - Develop, implement & improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Risk & Incident Management - Lead risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, and incident investigations with root cause analysis & preventive measures.
• Training & Awareness - Conduct HSE training, drills, and awareness campaigns to build a safety-first culture.
• Monitoring & Reporting - Perform inspections, safety audits, and performance monitoring; prepare detailed HSE reports for management.
