Oversee and manage maintenance operations for electrical systems, including generators, HVAC units, and related equipment Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution Supervise technicians and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation Manage timely procurement of tools, materials, and spare parts
