Perform and supervise overhauling of transformers, generators, and overhead cranes. Maintain and troubleshoot LV motors, alternators, UPS systems, and battery banks. Execute and document preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Oversee and participate in commissioning activities, including system testing and energization. Conduct electrical load analysis, cable sizing, and voltage drop calculations. Lead or support MOC (Management of Change) for system upgrades and modifications. Investigate equipment failures and implement reliability improvement measures. Use SAP for work planning, execution, and inventory management. Supervise power and control cable laying, glanding, jointing, and termination. Maintain and update documentation: SLDs, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and test reports. Ensure adherence to IEC, NEC, API, and IEEE electrical standards. Manage spare part inventory and support warehouse cataloging. Guide field technicians and support training of junior engineers. Collaborate across departments during maintenance, shutdowns, and optimization projects.
