Job Description
Working as multi-discipline on assigned project, specifically for electrical, instrumentation and Telecom systems.
Develop electrical system designs and specifications for oil and gas facilities
Design and layout electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit to create detailed electrical drawings.
Generate schematics, single-line diagrams, Load schedules and layouts for electrical systems.
Collaborate with instrumentation and control engineers to integrate electrical systems with process control systems.
Specify electrical equipment and components, considering project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely and accurate acquisition of electrical materials.
Ensure that electrical designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Participate in hazard and risk assessments to identify and mitigate electrical safety risks.
Preparing and checking Instrument Loop diagrams as well as System cabinet design / wiring.
Design, development, and technical content of the Elec, I&C portion of project work.
Knowledge of designing of control & instrumentation systems in basic and in details.
Knowledge in developing Control Narratives and Functional Diagrams for DCS, ESD and PES.
Knowledge on International Standards & Codes and safety measures related to ISA, IEC, ASME, API, NEC, BS, EN, ISO and NFPA standards.
Develop detailed design documents for instrumentation and control systems, including P&IDs, control schematics, and layout drawings.
Engineering Design, FEED and detail Engineering experience and Costing estimation for proposal in Telecom systems
Experience in IT / Telecom field including Security & Safety, wired & wireless communication in Oil & Gas
LAN &WAN, ACS, CCTV, FOC, IDS, PAGA, Hotline systems, F&G, and IP telephone etc
