We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager to oversee all electrical and instrumentation activities within our steel structures manufacturing operations. The E&I Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the electrical and instrumentation team.
* Develop and implement maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues.
* Manage project budgets and timelines.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
* Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
